If you have a promotional code provided by Mykanto, you must redeem it when completing your purchase.
Once you have the products in your cart, you must complete your order by clicking on "Complete purchase", then a page will open for you to fill in all the necessary data to complete the purchase and at the end of that page you must place the discount coupon in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply". After this process you will see that the final amount of the order has already been deducted.
Shipping and Deliveries
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, there are costs for sending orders. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the delivery address.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over €55, to mainland Portugal, and in these cases, the shipping method will be via CTT.
Only if you select the "Pick up at Mykanto" option will you not have to pay any amount, as picking up orders at our facilities is free.
Mykanto offers different types of delivery to meet each customer's needs. You can see the types of delivery available to your address before placing the order through your “Shopping cart” by clicking on the “Shipping” option where you will be asked for the district and postal code.
These options vary and may be subject to different
conditions and availability, and it is recommended to check the specific options available during the purchase process.
If you are registered on our website, you can check the status of orders placed with Mykanto by clicking on "My Account" and then on "Orders", where you will have a record of all your orders. In this same section, you will be able to check each order you have placed and the status it is in, and you will know that your order has been shipped when the status corresponds to "Shipped".
Furthermore, and if you are not registered, you will be able to access your orders and their status through the email address you indicate at the time of purchase, as Mykanto will notify you about the status of the order until it is delivered. You will then receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched from our facilities.
Yes, the delivery address can be defined before finalizing your order by filling in the “Delivery” field. You can also choose to use, as a billing address, an address different from the shipping address by ticking the "Billing Address" option, this option appears below the option to choose the payment method.
Yes, you can collect your order at Mykanto's facilities from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, excluding holidays. We are located at Rua Dom João I, nº 256/264, 4450-162 Matosinhos.
When placing your order with Mykanto, you must select our facilities as the delivery location by clicking on the "Pick up at Mykanto" option. When the order is available for collection, you will be contacted via telephone and email. Only after this contact should you go to Rua Dom João I, nº 256/264, 4450-162, Matosinhos.
Furthermore, you can check the status of your orders on the Mykanto website, in the "My Account" area, and your order will have the status of "Available for collection" as soon as it is possible to collect it.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the details regarding it, along with a code (tracking number) that will allow you to track the shipping status on the carrier platform you selected. You can also check the status of your order in your customer area.
After validating your payment, the estimated time for processing and shipping your order is up to 5 working days for mainland Portugal and up to 15 days for the Islands of Madeira and the Azores. The user can view, on the order completion page, the delivery time for the order. Please be aware that we do not guarantee this period during promotion periods, Black Friday and Christmas as we have no control over this.
If it is not possible to deliver your order to the address you chose, we will leave a message in your mailbox and send you an SMS, indicating:
- the CTT Point where you can pick up your order;
- until when you can pick up your order.
You have up to 5 working days to pick up your order at a CTT Point . If you do not do so, the order will be returned to Mykanto.
Payments
To be able to pay for the order, the user has the following methods:
- Multibanco reference
After completing the order, payment details will be displayed on your customer page and sent by email. To make the payment, you must go to an ATM or do it through home banking. You must select the option “Payment for Purchases and Services” and enter the data provided. The purchase is only guaranteed after payment, and will be automatically canceled if it is not paid within a maximum of 48 hours. You do not need to send us proof of payment.
- Visa, Mastercard, or other cards
After completing the order, you will be directed to the payment page. On the payment page, select the card type (Visa, MasterCard or Maestro), fill in the form with your card details, click on the blue “Pay” button to validate your payment and complete your order. For security reasons, payment is validated using the 3D Secure code, sent to the contact cell phone associated with the card in question. You have 48 hours to pay for your order, under the condition that it is cancelled. You do not need to send us proof of payment.
- Paypal
After completing your order, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page. On this page, you must log in to your PayPal account, in order to fill in the necessary details and make your payment, completing your order. You can also, at any time, select the option that allows you to save your PayPal account details, in order to simplify future payments using this method in the PerfumesandBeauty online store. If payment is not made within a maximum of 48 hours, your purchase will be automatically cancelled.
- Bank transfer
This payment method allows you to pay for your order via bank transfer to PerfumesandBeauty. After completing your order, you will see the payment details on your customer page, namely the IBAN to which you must make the transfer. The purchase is only validated after the transfer has been made, and this must be carried out within 10 working days.
- MB WAY
To pay for your order, simply choose the card associated with the MB Way service and select the "send money" option. Then, you must select the PerfumesandBeauty contact, indicate the amount to pay and confirm the operation by entering your MB WAY PIN. Once you do so, we will receive a notification regarding the sending of the money. You have 48 hours to pay for the order, so that it is confirmed.
On the Mykanto website, the security of your payments is ensured by GeoTrust technology, which allows the numbers of any card used to be encrypted, guaranteeing the security of any communication made between the customer's computer and the server.
Yes, the Mykanto website is committed to responsibility towards its visitors, protecting their personal data.
If you choose to pay by credit card and it is declined, one of the following situations may occur:
- The card is expired. Check your card's expiration date.
- The card limit has been reached. Check with your bank to make sure your card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make your purchases.
- The data entered is not correct. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.
- If the problem persists, you should contact the card issuing bank and report the problem.
The time to pay for your order depends on the payment method you have selected (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Multibanco, VISA/MasterCard or MB Way):
- If the method selected by you is bank transfer, you must make the transfer within 10 working days.
- If you wish to make payment via Multibanco, PayPal, VISA/MasterCard or even through MB Way, you must do so within 48 hours of placing the order.
Your order will remain pending until payment is made. If payment for the order is not made within the periods indicated for each method, your order will be automatically cancelled.
For all orders you place with Mykanto, your invoice will be sent along with the order.
Returns, Exchanges and Guarantees
If you wish to return an order, you should consider the following

At Mykanto facilities, the deadline for returns starts from the day the customer picks up the order.
In order to exercise your right, you must communicate your decision to Mykanto by contacting our Customer Support at info@mykanto.com.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. However, we may withhold refunds until we have the returned goods in our possession.
Return due to defect/damage
